About

I am David Pullan, and I have spent 26 years working in the Sage ecosystem, mainly around Sage 200, helping businesses improve the way their systems support finance, operations, and growth. I founded DJP Business Solutions to follow my passion in building trusted relationships with clients, understanding their needs in depth, and providing practical support that helps them achieve their goals. As service providers grow, it can become harder for them to deliver the close, personal support that some businesses need.
DJP Business Solutions is designed to complement existing reseller and vendor relationships by filling that gap, by providing experienced system support, you might get from a IT Systems Manager, but without the cost or commitment of employing someone full-time, and that can be made available when you need it, whether that is part-time or short-term to maybe drive identified improvements or help deliver an individual project. While also looking beyond the ERP system to the surrounding processes, connected systems, and third-party relationships that are equally important to success.

Our key aims are:

We build long-term relationships by providing flexible, trusted support that aligns internal teams, resellers, vendors, and third parties around shared business goals.

We take time to understand how your business works, where systems and processes can be improved, and where new ideas can add real value. Our focus is on helping you:

  • reduce manual work, inefficiency, and process gaps
  • improve visibility, reporting, and decision-making
  • support growth in a controlled way, without increasing headcount unnecessarily
  • strengthen finance, operational, and surrounding business systems
  • get more value from Sage 200 and apply that experience across other ERP platforms.
  • make practical use of AI, Microsoft 365, and other connected systems
  • stabilise projects that are delayed, drifting, or under pressure
  • deliver measurable ROI through time savings, cost reduction, stronger control, and better margin visibility

We also can act as an independent business systems sounding board, giving practical, commercially grounded advice without vendor bias, and introducing trusted specialist partners where needed.
